Rahmatullah Bakhshi founded Mr. Accountant LLC to give individuals and owner-operated businesses accurate accounting, dependable financial reporting, and practical financial guidance.
Before establishing the firm, he served as a Senior Financial Auditor with the Supreme Audit Office of Afghanistan, performing financial audits under the direct professional supervision of KPMG and Deloitte. That work deepened his command of audit procedures, internal controls, financial compliance, risk assessment, and the review of complex financial records.
Today he works across the complete accounting cycle — bookkeeping, payroll processing, tax-preparation support, financial-statement preparation, accounts payable and receivable, bank and credit-card reconciliations, general-ledger review, month-end closing, and cash-flow management. He is fluent in both cash-basis and accrual-basis accounting, helping businesses keep reliable records for management, tax, lending, and compliance.
He holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration and completed graduate studies in Development Economics at the University of Florence. He carries the ACCA professional accounting qualification and is currently pursuing CPA licensure in the United States alongside an MBA at a California State University. His technical toolkit spans U.S. GAAP, IFRS, QuickBooks Online, advanced Microsoft Excel, and Stata.
Through Mr. Accountant LLC, he combines international auditing experience, professional accounting knowledge, and hands-on business expertise to help clients keep accurate books, meet their financial obligations, and make informed decisions with confidence.
رحمتالله بخشی شرکت «آقای حسابدار» را در ایالت کالیفرنیا، ایالات متحدهٔ آمریکا، تأسیس کرده است تا برای اشخاص و کسبوکارهای کوچک و متوسط، خدمات حسابداری دقیق، گزارشدهی مالی قابل اتکا و راهنمایی مالی کاربردی فراهم کند.
قبل از تأسیس این شرکت، او بهعنوان مفتش ارشد مالی در ادارهٔ عالی تفتیش افغانستان فعالیت میکرد و بازرسیهای مالی را تحت نظارت مستقیم و حرفهای KPMG و Deloitte انجام میداد. این تجربه، تسلط او را بر رویههای بازرسی، کنترلهای داخلی، تطبیقات مالی، ارزیابی ریسک و بررسی سوابق پیچیدهٔ مالی تقویت کرد.
امروز، او در سراسر چرخهٔ کامل حسابداری فعالیت میکند؛ از جمله ثبت دفاتر، پردازش حقوق و دستمزد، تهیه و ارائهٔ مالیات، تهیهٔ صورتهای مالی، حسابهای پرداختنی و دریافتنی، تصفیهٔ حسابهای بانکی و کارتهای اعتباری، بررسی دفتر کل یا جنرال ژورنال، بستن حسابها در پایان هر ماه و مدیریت نقدینگی.
وی در هر دو روش حسابداری نقدی (Cash Basis) و تعهدی (Accrual Basis) مهارت دارد و به کسبوکارهای کوچک و متوسط کمک میکند تا سوابق مالی قابل اتکایی برای مدیریت (Management)، امور مالیاتی، تأمین مالی و مطابقت با قوانین و مقررات نافذه تهیه کنند.
او سند لیسانس خود را در رشتهٔ اداره و تجارت و سند ماستری خود را در رشتهٔ اقتصاد توسعه از دانشگاه فلورنس کشور ایتالیا بهدست آورده است. وی در حال حاضر دانشجوی فعال نهاد ACCA، در مسیر اخذ مجوز CPA در ایالات متحدهٔ آمریکا و همچنان دانشجوی فعال مقطع ماستری در رشتهٔ MBA در یکی از دانشگاههای ایالتی است.
مهارتهای فنی او شامل QuickBooks Online/Desktop، استانداردهای بینالمللی گزارشدهی مالی (IFRS)، اصول پذیرفتهشدهٔ حسابداری (GAAP)، اکسل پیشرفته و STATA میشود.
او از طریق «آقای حسابدار» (Mr. Accountant)، تجربهٔ بینالمللی حسابرسی، دانش حرفهای حسابداری و تخصص عملی در کسبوکار را با هم ترکیب میکند تا به مشتریان کمک کند دفاتر مالی خود را بهصورت دقیق نگهداری کنند، تعهدات مالی خود را انجام دهند و با اطمینان، تصمیمهای آگاهانه بگیرند.
